Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations or reschedules, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to your booking date and time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 30% of the service price for late cancellations/rescheduling and 50% for no-shows.

For group bookings, cancellations, or amendments made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit.

Promotional and discounted packages are non-refundable, and credit can only be applied to services, not products.

Vouchers are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify us will result in the voucher being redeemed without further notice, and the appointment cannot be rebooked.

No refunds will be provided for any services rendered.
