Booking Policy

All bookings at Queen Hand & Foot Spa, whether made online, by phone, or in-person, are subject to availability during our listed opening hours. The management reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings if necessary, depending on our availability.

Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable.

All bookings are processed through a third-party booking service provider. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. A deposit of 30%–50% of the treatment cost must be paid in advance for any appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not include a deposit.

For cancellations or rescheduling to another day, we kindly request you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation/reschedule fee of 30% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.

For group bookings, a 50% deposit is required. The group booking deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or amended within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

When booking with a gift voucher, please provide the voucher details, including the voucher code and security/redemption code. Appointments can be held for 24 hours without this information; after this period, the appointment will be released.

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation of the appointment, depending on the schedule of the day.
